Prices

All prices are NET in US Dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All merchandise will be billed at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment in the case of back orders.

Who

Wholesale gothic fashion is available on to retail stores with a valid retail certificate/tax i.d. number.  We do not offer wholesale gothic clothing to individuals - however for a limited time, we are offering retail pricing on all of our gothic clothing.

Minimums

1st Initial Order is 300.00 – Minimum 4 pieces per style number any color/size combination
Repeat Orders 200.00  (4 piece minimum does not apply to close out items)

Payments, Net Terms, and Credit Cards

All orders are via C.O.D Money Order or Cashiers Check, or E-Check, Debit Card (with Visa/Mastercard Logo), and Regular Credit Card.

Net Terms or Non E-Check Company Check Orders, are available after 1 year of consistent ordering (minimum of 9 orders for the year), with an approved application by our credit department.

To accept a credit card order, we must have a signed letter of authorization allowing us to charge your card by your preferred method of ordering.  This protects you and us against credit card theft and unauthorized use.  We would be happy to email you the credit card form for your review at any time.

Shipping & Freight

All orders are shipped via UPS ground.  If you wish tracking numbers, please make sure we have your email address.

Expedited delivery is available at applicable rates by request.

Oversized Shipments

If you are order by ½ container load or larger, please contact us for delivery options.  In most cases, the buyer, including pick up of merchandise, must provide transportation of goods.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments will result in the cancellation of all outstanding orders.  A 15% percent restocking fee will be charged in addition to all shipping charges.  The charges are due within 60 days, and before another order may be placed.

Claims &
Returns

Defective merchandise must be claimed within 7 Days of receipt.  Returns are only accepted on merchandise damaged by the manufacturer, and require preauthorization for Gothmart LLC.

We do NOT accept returns from prepacked assortments, however we will give a credit for the damaged article.

All claims for damaged goods during delivery must be with the courier.

Returned Checks

A 45.00 fee will apply on each returned check, plus the check amount must be cleared.  Payment is due prior to any future order.  Unpaid returned checks not settled within 30 days will be reported the check verification agencies and appropriate authorities.

Image Use

All images and designs are copyrighted by their designers/manufacturer.

You may not reproduce, copy, or share any design or image.

If you wish to reproduce the pictures for use in your store for the selling of our products, you must submit your request for permission prior to publishing.  If you are mixing styles with other designs, each picture must clearly designate the designers name and logo.  Please email us for a press kit, and permission.
